dip是什么意思？

DIP是指：DIP封裝，是dual inline-pin package的縮寫，也叫雙列直**式封裝技術(shù)，雙入線封裝，DRAM的一種元件封裝形式。指采用雙列直**形式封裝的集成電路芯片，絕大多數(shù)中小規(guī)模集成電路均采用這種封裝形式，其引腳數(shù)一般不超過100。 DIP封裝的CPU芯片有兩排引腳，需要**入到具有DIP結(jié)構(gòu)的芯片**座上。當(dāng)然，也可以直接**在有相同焊孔數(shù)和幾何排列的電路板上進行焊接。DIP封裝的芯片在從芯片**座上**拔時應(yīng)特別小心，以免損壞管腳。DIP封裝結(jié)構(gòu)形式有：多層陶瓷雙列直**式DIP，單層陶瓷雙列直**式DIP，引線框架式DIP（含玻璃陶瓷封接式，塑料包封結(jié)構(gòu)式，陶瓷低熔玻璃封裝式）等。

DIP付費是一種按病種分值付費的支付方式。

DIP，指區(qū)域點數(shù)法總額預(yù)算和按病種分值付費，是用一個模糊數(shù)學(xué)的辦法來解決醫(yī)保支付的問題，包括了按病種付費和總額預(yù)算管理，這種付費方式將統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域內(nèi)所有醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的利益捆綁在一起，讓醫(yī)療機構(gòu)結(jié)合成“命運共同體”，彼此之間相互監(jiān)督和約束。

2020年10月、11月，國家醫(yī)療保障局辦公室先后頒布了《區(qū)域點數(shù)法總額預(yù)算和按病種分值付費試點工作方案》、《國家醫(yī)療保障按病種分值付費(DIP)和DIP病種目錄庫(1.0版)》，

啟動新一輪支付方式改革試點，首次確定了全國71個試點城市。這意味著按病種付費方式(DIP),成為與DRG支付方式改革平行推進的主要付費方式。

在總額預(yù)算機制下，根據(jù)年度醫(yī)保支付總額、醫(yī)保支付比例及各醫(yī)療機構(gòu)病例的總分值計算分值點值。醫(yī)保部門基于病種分值和分值點值形成支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)每一病例實現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化支付，不再以醫(yī)療服務(wù)項目費用支付。

DIP基本的分組路徑和原理是根據(jù)真實的病例分組，基于疾病診斷類似、臨床過程相近原則，根據(jù)疾病診斷分類及代碼及手術(shù)操作分類與編碼為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，通過大數(shù)據(jù)聚類客觀形成的組合，與臨床的實際差異度?。?/p>

同時DIP以全樣本數(shù)據(jù)真實反映臨床病種的變化，能隨臨床技術(shù)的發(fā)展形成動態(tài)響應(yīng)，支撐醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)及醫(yī)院的發(fā)展。

DIP的分組結(jié)果更細，入組率更高。DIP大數(shù)據(jù)的方法通過全樣本數(shù)據(jù)的比對形成自然分組，并利用病例數(shù)臨界值為中間數(shù)，將臨界值之上的病種直接作為核心病種，共計1.4萬余組，將臨界值之下的DIP進行再次聚類形成綜合病種，最大化滿足臨床病例的入組需要。

DIP兼容臨床病案數(shù)據(jù)，全樣本數(shù)據(jù)入組率接近99%，減少未入組病例數(shù)量，降低未入組病例所帶來的不確定風(fēng)險，實現(xiàn)操作便捷與精細應(yīng)用的平衡。
