什么是權變理論？

權變理論(Contingency Theory)，又稱情境理論。20世紀60年代以后關于領導有效性研究轉入權變理論。權變理論認為，領導的有效性不是取決于領導者不變的品質和行為，而是取決于領導者、被領導者和情境條件三者的配合關系，即領導有效性是領導者、被領導者和領導情境三個變量的函數(shù)。
