你要知道，力量舉選手是經(jīng)歷長年的訓(xùn)練，脊柱附近的肌肉（核心區(qū)）極其強(qiáng)健，而且，弓背硬拉的技術(shù)是為了縮短力臂，節(jié)省力量。但對于廣大健身愛好者來說，硬拉是為了訓(xùn)練脊柱穩(wěn)定性，在剛開始學(xué)習(xí)硬拉的時(shí)候，必須保持脊柱中立學(xué)習(xí)提高核心區(qū)肌肉的穩(wěn)定性，增加力臂，增加發(fā)力難度，用更小的重量都可以達(dá)到更好的訓(xùn)練效果。記住，就算你要參加力量舉比賽，你也應(yīng)該從脊柱中立開始學(xué)習(xí)，弓背硬拉是滿級(jí)解鎖技能。

這里有必要解釋一下幾種硬拉的變式，左圖是傳統(tǒng)硬拉，右圖是羅馬尼亞硬拉：

與傳統(tǒng)硬拉相比，羅馬尼亞硬拉會(huì)動(dòng)用更多的后側(cè)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈（Posterior Chain）的肌肉，也就是腘繩肌、臀部與下背部的肌肉，如果想打造翹臀，增強(qiáng)腘繩肌，一般推薦羅馬尼亞硬拉。因?yàn)?，你的前?cè)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈（Anterior Chain）——股四頭肌等，可能在深蹲中練很多，傳統(tǒng)硬拉與深蹲的發(fā)力極其相似，所以，沒必要重復(fù)太多類似的訓(xùn)練。

當(dāng)然，如果你要訓(xùn)練高翻、抓舉等動(dòng)作，傳統(tǒng)硬拉是基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)。

還有就是，要說一下，羅馬尼亞與直腿硬拉，還有完全直腿硬拉的區(qū)別，其實(shí)在于膝關(guān)節(jié)的角度。

幾個(gè)硬拉的區(qū)別是——當(dāng)你腿部越直，對于腘繩肌的負(fù)荷越大，當(dāng)你屈膝時(shí)，對于臀部的刺激越高。你可以簡單理解為——你想練腘繩肌，你練直腿；你想練臀部，練羅馬尼亞硬拉（雖然這樣理解不夠全面，但是初學(xué)者可以這樣想）。
