他告訴我，其實，外企的英文水平并不是大家想象的那樣高！

一般來說，和外國同事交流有英語6級水平就可以了，而你若是只需要回復(fù)回復(fù)英文郵件，4級就夠用了。

除非你進(jìn)的是辦公室里面有40%老外和你做同事，那你英語就真的要很好。否則，比如說GE,西門子一類的，銷售工程師或者客服一類的英文也就是夠用就行了，就是能寫英文郵件能看懂英文郵件就夠用了。要是還能聽懂國外boss或者專家的聊天和對話，那就很贊了。

其次，坦率的說，如果你的英文足夠好，好的接近于母語，能聽得懂深度的段子（國外文化的那種），那絕對是如虎添翼。

最后，至于什么水平，大英六級是必備的條件，如果你經(jīng)濟(jì)寬裕的話，我建議你最好考一個托福雅思一類的。因為這類的考試比大英四六級更為全面考察你的英文語言水平的能力，外企是很看重的。這也是我十年前有機(jī)會參加世界500強(qiáng)的面試的一個敲門磚吧。大學(xué)里面的空閑時間相比較上班工作之后，真的是太多了，所以，如果有志于要從事外企工作的你，請一定要修煉自己的英語，尤其是口語，口語為王，口語為王，口語為王。
