飯后頭暈怎么回事？

飯后頭暈的原因很多，一般情況下有可能是餐后低血壓，可以檢查你飯前飯后的血壓是否變化明顯。還有可以是腦供血不足，因?yàn)橐话泔埡?，血液會集中到消化道。這種情況一般就是身體較弱引起的，平時(shí)應(yīng)該要注意加強(qiáng)身體營養(yǎng)。還要考慮胃炎的可能性，主要癥狀除了飯后惡心，可能還會有疼痛、眩暈、疲勞。

飯后頭暈怎么回事？

吃完就想睡覺，這是大部分人的常態(tài)，特別是吃完中午飯，很多人都會感覺很累，昏昏欲睡。

很多人認(rèn)為這是正常的，但是長期這樣的狀態(tài)，可能有一些健康隱患。

幾年前，我每天吃完中午飯，基本上都處于這個(gè)狀態(tài)，如果不睡一覺，可能一個(gè)下午都不在工作狀態(tài)，有時(shí)候一覺睡到下午5點(diǎn)。年輕人本來應(yīng)該朝氣蓬勃，精力旺盛，可能會因?yàn)槌缘貌粚?，總是打不起精神，狀態(tài)不好。

為什么會出現(xiàn)這樣的情況呢？

為什么吃完飯，就想睡覺

其實(shí)人體很復(fù)雜，每個(gè)人的情況都不太一樣，一般來說，有如下幾個(gè)原因：

→ 餐后低血壓 Postprandial hypotension

可能有三分之一的老年人，會出現(xiàn)這種情況，哈佛公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院對這個(gè)問題做出了解釋。

人體的消化過程是非常復(fù)雜的，需要很多環(huán)節(jié)的配合，包括消化系統(tǒng)，神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。消化食物的時(shí)候，胃部和腸道會調(diào)用大部分血液，為了彌補(bǔ)這種血液調(diào)用，心臟會加速跳動，來維持身體其他部位的正常的血液循環(huán)。

但是，有一部分人的心臟沒有那么大的力量，無法及時(shí)補(bǔ)充足夠的血液，會導(dǎo)致全身的血壓降低。

瞬間的血壓降低，可能導(dǎo)致頭暈?zāi)垦?/strong>，有些人甚至?xí)さ?，也可能引起心絞痛，惡心，短暫性缺血，或者中風(fēng)現(xiàn)象。有些人是因?yàn)檫z傳，只要吃飯快一點(diǎn)，就會出現(xiàn)這樣的問題。

→ 非糖尿病型低血糖 Nondiabetic hypoglycemia

這是一種非常常見的現(xiàn)象，正常人胰島素敏感度很高，特別是年輕人，吃大量米面糖（高升糖指數(shù)的食物）之后，會刺激血糖飆升。

隨之胰腺開始分泌胰島素，降低血糖，胰島素降血糖很快，當(dāng)血糖快速下降后，就會出現(xiàn)頭暈的現(xiàn)象。公眾號回復(fù)低血糖，獲取相關(guān)文章推薦

打過胰島素的糖尿病人，可能都有這樣的經(jīng)歷，注射胰島素后頭暈，乏力，這就是血糖急劇下降的結(jié)果。所以，這種情況，一般年輕人居多。

這是很正常的反應(yīng)，但是有一個(gè)不好的結(jié)果，可能會吃多，因?yàn)槌霈F(xiàn)低血糖后，往往會刺激食欲，有些人本來吃得很飽，但是很快就餓了，就是這個(gè)原因。

→ 吃太快

短時(shí)間快速進(jìn)食大量食物，可能會造成前面的兩種情況，特別是進(jìn)食大量的米面糖，不僅僅容易吃很快（因?yàn)樗?，還容易吃多。

→ 其他解釋

有些人進(jìn)食某些特定食物后，會出現(xiàn)頭暈的現(xiàn)象比如說我現(xiàn)在稍微喝一點(diǎn)酒就頭暈，有些人吃巧克力頭暈，還有些人吃堅(jiān)果會頭暈，類似的食物還有：咖啡，奶制品，味精，腌制食品等等。慢慢去總結(jié)規(guī)律，盡量避免那些讓你頭暈的食物。

如何緩解飯后犯困

下面這些建議，可以避免飯后犯困，頭暈的現(xiàn)象：

→ 飯前喝水

飯前15分鐘喝一杯水，既可以讓你輕松做到少吃其他食物，也可以阻止血液快速下降。

→ 多吃一些不容易消化的食物

經(jīng)常吃好消化的東西，你的胃功能會慢慢退化，很多人覺得喝稀飯養(yǎng)胃，其實(shí)喝稀飯可能是最傷胃的，胃是一個(gè)『用進(jìn)廢退』的器官。

什么意思呢？你多用他的消化功能，就會越來越強(qiáng)，經(jīng)常吃好消化的食物，你的胃消化功能會越來越差。

我在之前胃酸的好幾篇文章都說過這個(gè)概念，所以，平時(shí)多吃蔬菜，蛋白質(zhì)，可能是更好的選擇哦。

→ 慢慢吃，分量小一點(diǎn)

所有人都知道吃太快不好，但是做到的人很少，其實(shí)我吃飯也很快。

慢慢吃不一定利于消化，但是對于緩解飯后頭暈，低血糖，低血壓都會有好處，身體不會那么快升糖。也不需要那么多血液循環(huán)，去幫助消化食物，不會造成低血壓。

→ 別吃太多米面糖

很多人都有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吃完一碗面，很快就會感覺到頭暈，想睡覺，從這個(gè)話題來看，米面糖等高碳水食物有4個(gè)致命的缺點(diǎn)：

第一，容易吃多，因?yàn)楹贸?，人都喜歡。

第二，容易刺激血糖，胰島素飆升，導(dǎo)致低血糖

第三，容易段時(shí)間吃太快，造成低血壓。

第四，快速通過胃，進(jìn)入腸道開始消化，導(dǎo)致低血壓。

→ 減少那些讓你頭暈的食物

有些人對特定食物會很敏感，一般人喝咖啡會清醒，但是有些人喝完會頭暈，有些人喝一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)酒就頭暈。

每次感覺自己頭暈后，去看看自己吃了什么，慢慢你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律了。可以嘗試飯后喝一些姜茶，可以鎮(zhèn)靜胃的作用，防止頭暈。值得注意的是，如果出現(xiàn)下列情況，就要去看看醫(yī)生哦。一般情況下，在飯后30-60分鐘，會出現(xiàn)頭暈的情況，如果飯后出現(xiàn)胸痛，頭暈非常厲害，無法行走，意識模糊。

這個(gè)情況，可能比較嚴(yán)重，最好去醫(yī)院檢查一下哦，特別是老人，可能會導(dǎo)致飯后摔倒，很危險(xiǎn)。

很多人給我反饋，低碳后不再昏昏沉沉，精力非常好，而且，適應(yīng)低碳后，一吃碳水就犯困，出現(xiàn)暈碳水的情況。

其實(shí)道理很簡單，低碳加斷食后，胰島素敏感度越來越高，吃一點(diǎn)碳水，胰島素迅速分泌，降血糖，很有可能導(dǎo)致低血糖，頭暈非常正常。

其實(shí)，我們的身體本來就不喜歡碳水，只是大腦喜歡這種刺激，或者說，大腦記住了這種刺激，這種分泌多巴胺的幸福感，會不斷的提醒你，攝入碳水會讓你快樂。
