1.埃及金字塔

阿提密斯是希臘的狩獵女神，阿拉伯人稱她Lat，埃及人稱她依西斯(Isis)，而羅馬人則稱她戴安娜(Diana)，在古代的希臘阿提密絲女神深受敬仰，因此建了七大奇觀之一阿提密絲神殿。大約公元前550年，建造地點(diǎn)在希臘古城愛菲索斯(Ephesus)中,大約在土耳其的Izmir(Smyrna)南面50公里　　　　 神廟建筑以大理石為基礎(chǔ)，上面覆蓋著木制屋頂。

6. 毛索洛斯墓廟(又稱：摩所拉斯陵墓)

 據(jù)說，哈利卡納蘇斯的毛索洛斯墓廟約45米高，底座上部呈階梯形的金字塔狀，卡里亞王國摩索拉斯國王的塑像可能矗立在頂端。陵墓毀于公元三世紀(jì)的一次地震中。大約公元前353年建造，地點(diǎn)在現(xiàn)在的土耳其西南地區(qū)，這座偉大的白色大理石陵墓是為摩索拉斯和他的妻子修建的。

7. 法洛斯燈塔(又稱：亞歷山大燈塔) 

遵照亞歷山大大帝(馬其頓國王)的命令，亞歷山大城的法羅斯燈塔于公元前300年建在一座人工島上，它至少有122米高，用閃光的白色石灰石或大理石建成。大約公元前300年建造，地點(diǎn)在埃及（Egypt）的亞歷山卓港（Alexandria）附近的法洛斯島（island ofPharos）上。

8.法洛斯燈塔外傳

亞歷山卓港 公元前 332 年，馬其頓 (Macedonian) 帝國的亞歷山大大帝 (Alexander the Great) 于埃及尼羅河口西面建立一個古城--亞歷山卓 (Alexandria)，亞歷山大大帝死后，埃及托勒密 (Ptolemy) 王朝開始興起，亞歷山卓便成為托勒密王朝的首都并因此而繁榮起來，再加上亞歷山卓位于亞洲，非洲及歐洲三個洲的接合位置，亦能通往尼羅河及地中海的港口，可以想象到亞歷山卓是如何繁榮，世界的通商是如何發(fā)達(dá)，而且亞歷山卓內(nèi)的法洛斯島 (Pharos) 更擁有世界七大奇觀之一的法洛斯燈塔 (The Pharos light house) 照耀著港口。大約公元前300年建造地點(diǎn)：在埃及（Egypt）的亞歷山卓港（Alexandria）附近的法洛斯島（island ofPharos）上 此地亦有一些神殿和埃及國王宮殿等大量建筑物遺跡。
