平減是名義量轉化成實際量的一個工具方法。比如說GDP平減指數(shù)（GDP deflator），名義GDP和實際GDP進行相互換算的一個工具指標。

公式如下：GDP deflator=(名義GDP/實際GDP)*100。如果涉及名義量和實際量之間的轉換，則需要平減指數(shù)。其實實際變量只是名義變量扣除了貨幣的通脹。因為所有的指標統(tǒng)計得到的都是名義量，所以有的論文想用實際量做（目的是更符合實際），就需要進行平減。你上述的這些個數(shù)據(jù)，估計都想平減成實際量。如果指標的單位都是貨幣，都用GDP deflator就行。你的第二個指標是個比率，沒法平減。

什么是GDP：

GDP就是國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值，是指按市場價格計算的一個國家（或地區(qū)）所有常駐單位在一定時期內(nèi)生產(chǎn)活動的最終成果。國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值反映了一國（或地區(qū)）的經(jīng)濟實力和市場規(guī)模，是國民經(jīng)濟核算的核心指標，是衡量一個國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟狀況和發(fā)展水平的重要數(shù)據(jù)，有價值形態(tài)、收入形態(tài)和產(chǎn)品形態(tài)等表現(xiàn)形態(tài)。

第三，國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值一般僅指市場活動導致的價值。那些非生產(chǎn)性活動以及地下交易、黑市交易等不計入GDP中，如家務勞動、自給自足性生產(chǎn)、**和**的非法交易等。

第四，GDP是計算期內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的最終產(chǎn)品價值，因而是流量而不是存量。

第五，GDP不是實實在在流通的財富，它只是用標準的貨幣平均值來表示財富的多少。但是生產(chǎn)出來的東西能不能完全地轉化成流通的財富，這個是不一定的。
