頂尖科學(xué)雜志，按SCI影響因子算兩雜志都有30多分，像我們中國博士畢業(yè)的要求只要在3分以上的雜志上發(fā)表一篇研究型文章就行。對比可知道這兩本雜志的高度。

Science 和nature算什么（原）

許多高校和研究單位，都以能夠在這兩種期刊上發(fā)表文章為“最高榮譽”，而且不惜“重金獎勵”——有的單位對于在這兩種雜志上發(fā)表一篇文章的作者一次性獎勵10萬元人民幣。最近，我又看到一些單位在自己的“十一五發(fā)展規(guī)劃”中，也將能夠在《科學(xué)》（Science）和英國的《自然》（nature）雜志上發(fā)表論文作為“奮斗的目標(biāo)”。繼SCI檢索導(dǎo)向、影響因子導(dǎo)向之后，現(xiàn)在又出現(xiàn)了“S&N”導(dǎo)向，我不知道是不是我們的科學(xué)研究管理者無能，怎么就沒有自己的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而總是依賴于別人？這種導(dǎo)向也已經(jīng)“傳染”到我國的期刊界和期刊管理界，動不動就拿”S&N”來作為“中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊”的榜樣。S&N是個什么東西？具有這樣大的威力，以至于影響到中國的科學(xué)研究的政策和導(dǎo)向。這不得不引起我的思考。S&N不就是兩本雜志嗎，又有什么？是的，這兩本雜志是目前世界范圍內(nèi)知名度最高的綜合類期刊，但是他的影響是什么？是科研成果本身的影響還是期刊的運作。在我看來是“炒作大于水平”。包括《科學(xué)》雜志宣稱的“對一些科學(xué)研究團隊進行跟蹤，在研究成果做出的第一時間進行報道?！边@究竟有多大的科學(xué)價值和意義！更何況，目前對《科學(xué)》的審稿程序和發(fā)稿程序的科學(xué)性已經(jīng)有人提出了質(zhì)疑。從《科學(xué)》和《自然》的辦刊理念和經(jīng)營思想上來看，我認(rèn)為他們算不上是一份“學(xué)術(shù)刊物”，理由是：期刊的報道只是消息性的，而不是深度的報道。在篇幅上多數(shù)是以兩個頁碼，長篇論文很少；從報道的深度上看，多數(shù)只是“報告”一種結(jié)果而已，而沒有完整的過程，特別是“科學(xué)研究”是講究成果的“可重復(fù)性”，如果報道不能將研究的方法、手段、條件和研究的步驟交代清楚，人們又如何能夠“重復(fù)驗證”。既然，不是一種“學(xué)術(shù)期刊”，那么在這樣的刊物上發(fā)表的“科研成果”為什么可以具有那么重要的分量呢？很顯然，那就是“宣傳”的效果大于“科學(xué)”本身。我們的科學(xué)研究導(dǎo)向，以這樣的期刊作為“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”也就不得不讓人們認(rèn)為是“玩虛的”。我們的期刊應(yīng)當(dāng)創(chuàng)國際的知名度，但是不能完全以“S&N”為樣板，至少應(yīng)該明確“我們的刊物**是什么？”，如果要辦成一種“科技新聞報道性”雜志，那么以“S&N”為榜樣和目標(biāo)是應(yīng)該的，能有這樣的影響力和影響范圍無疑是讓人羨慕的。但是，如果要辦一種嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)理論刊物，那么以他們?yōu)榘駱幽蔷湾e了，不僅是永遠也做不到，而且會搞亂自己的辦刊方向和思路，變成“四不像”都有可能。不同刊物應(yīng)當(dāng)有不同的**，不同的**就決定刊物的性質(zhì)和影響的范圍，甚至是影響的方式。一些營銷手段也就不是對與所有期刊都適用的。談到這里，我想起來：對于我國目前期刊的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r不滿意的者，在提出各種“解決方案時”往往沒有關(guān)照到其所針對的刊物**。有些是需要解決辦刊理念的問題，增強期刊的經(jīng)營能力；有些是局限于體制特別是辦刊體制問題，需要明確責(zé)任、提供空間；有的并不是期刊本身的原因，而是社會的通病或者是受社會的約束，需要等待社會的進步和回歸；也有些期刊的問題并不是問題，在現(xiàn)有條件和環(huán)境下，現(xiàn)在做的已經(jīng)相當(dāng)不錯了，過高的的要求只能是一廂誠愿。
