網(wǎng)格平臺門戶（Portal）主要內(nèi)容分為以下幾方面。

（1）網(wǎng)格用戶管理系統(tǒng)

空間信息服務的用戶類型多樣，并且應用模式紛繁復雜，因而它們也是空間信息網(wǎng)格管理中心的主要管理對象。研究針對用戶的具體分類策略、權限配置策略以及管理策略，設計實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)格用戶管理系統(tǒng)。該管理系統(tǒng)應當具備如下基本子系統(tǒng)和功能：

1）用戶注冊：提供個人賬戶信息、個人基本信息、用戶類別信息以及付費相關信息等的注冊和審核功能。

2）用戶身份和權限驗證：如果用戶僅僅訪問公有服務信息，則不需要進行身份驗證。當用戶希望訪問受限服務信息時，則需要進行身份驗證。

3）用戶權限管理：審核用戶個人基本信息和其申請的用戶類別，為其賦予相應的權限。權限級別對應其有權訪問何種領域、何種級別的服務。

站點的功能分為以下幾個方面：網(wǎng)格元數(shù)據(jù)、結(jié)點元數(shù)據(jù)、新聞瀏覽、網(wǎng)格結(jié)點連接分布、三維地球地質(zhì)圖、柵格流地質(zhì)圖、地質(zhì)礦產(chǎn)一張圖、全國地質(zhì)工作程度圖、數(shù)據(jù)資源目錄服務、元數(shù)據(jù)服務、本體檢索、網(wǎng)格資源潛力評價服務、結(jié)點監(jiān)控、GDB大型數(shù)據(jù)庫、十大數(shù)據(jù)庫、礦產(chǎn)遠景調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)庫、結(jié)點自治數(shù)據(jù)庫、信息瀏覽以及管理中心。為大眾提供新聞、網(wǎng)格和結(jié)點元數(shù)據(jù)的信息，用戶登錄后才能使用數(shù)據(jù)服務、元數(shù)據(jù)服務等內(nèi)容，管理中心只針對具有管理員權限的用戶有效。

1.新聞信息管理

包括對信息類別的管理、信息維護的管理、信息評論的管理、信息發(fā)布狀態(tài)的管理、權限的管理。

信息類別的管理主要指具有信息類別管理權限的管理員可進行類別的增加、修改和刪除以及同級類別排序；信息維護的管理主要指具有信息維護權限的管理員可進行信息的增加、修改和刪除以及特殊標志設置等操作。

信息評論的管理主要指具有發(fā)布管理權限的管理員可進行信息的發(fā)布狀態(tài)管理；信息發(fā)布狀態(tài)的管理主要指具有發(fā)布管理權限的管理員可進行信息的發(fā)布狀態(tài)管理。

權限的分配指對具有信息發(fā)布權限的管理員分配具體能操作的項目。

2.柵格流信息管理

1）在“首頁”中，包括：網(wǎng)格和結(jié)點元數(shù)據(jù)信息、新聞信息、網(wǎng)格結(jié)點分布圖。

2）在“三維地球地質(zhì)圖”中，提供了三維地球以逼真的視角對地質(zhì)圖進行立體展示的服務，可對區(qū)域內(nèi)各種比例尺的地質(zhì)圖進行瀏覽。

3）在“地質(zhì)調(diào)查北斗通信**服務”中，通過北斗通信**技術和北斗中央指揮機的連接，可直接對野外地質(zhì)人員在無人煙、無手機通訊信號地區(qū)，實時進行野外地質(zhì)調(diào)查工作、管理和安全保障與監(jiān)管服務，并實時提供野外地質(zhì)人員的位置，工作路線軌跡及任一時刻的通訊信息。

Portal的優(yōu)點：

1.使用Portal后，界面定制比較靈活，Portlet是一個容器，通過console可以更改Portlet的位置，尺寸，級別，外觀等，Portlet內(nèi)部顯示的內(nèi)容也會隨著改變。

2.Portal有內(nèi)部安全機制，可以在Portal上面定制角色、組及用戶，可以指定哪些資源可以被哪些用戶（組、角色）訪問，對于那些不符合安全條件的用戶登錄，則看不到相關的資源。

3.Portal允許最終客戶自己利用已經(jīng)開發(fā)好的資源（portlet或者網(wǎng)頁）按照自己的喜好定制自己的首頁或者網(wǎng)站。提升了網(wǎng)站的可維護性。

4.Portal軟件里面都內(nèi)置了很多其他方面的組件，比如全文檢索，內(nèi)容管理等。
