不需要。英語的讀音濁化不濁化是有條件的，如下：

清輔音濁化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的條件是：

1、在同一個音節(jié)內(nèi)，當(dāng)一個清輔音前的音是/s/。

2、該清輔音又有其相對應(yīng)的濁輔音，且該清輔音后還有元音。此時，我們在拼讀時，應(yīng)該將該清輔音讀成其對應(yīng)的濁輔音，這在英語中就叫做音的濁化。

清輔音濁化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的條件必須是上面的四個條件同時具備。例如speak，這是個單音節(jié)單詞，所以是在同一個音節(jié)內(nèi)，清輔音/p/前面有/s/這個音，/p/對應(yīng)的濁輔音是/b/, /p/后還有原音/i:/, 所以原本/spi:k/，讀的時候成了/sbi:k/。

而passport 是兩個音節(jié)，且/s/ 和/p/ 不在同一個音節(jié)中，所以不用濁化。在英語單詞重讀音節(jié)里，位于/s/后面的/p//t//k/的讀音，由于受送氣音/s/的影響，由送氣音變?yōu)椴凰蜌庖?，發(fā)類似其相對應(yīng)的濁輔音/b//d//g/。
