起訴書中寫到，射頻輻射對(duì)生物體的影響包括癌癥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加、基因損壞、生殖系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能改變、神經(jīng)紊亂、記憶力下降等等眾多危害。

為什么會(huì)突然出現(xiàn)眾多消費(fèi)者起訴蘋果、三星這種現(xiàn)象？

原來，在2018年，《芝加哥論壇報(bào)》根據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)的規(guī)定，曾與美國(guó)射頻輻射暴露實(shí)驗(yàn)室合作，對(duì)11款智能手機(jī)的射頻輻射進(jìn)行測(cè)試，蘋果、三星就包括在內(nèi)。檢測(cè)結(jié)果，蘋果等智能手機(jī)射頻輻射已經(jīng)超過政府規(guī)定水平，這正是原告起訴的主要依據(jù)。

而蘋果方面對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果提出了質(zhì)疑，認(rèn)為該實(shí)驗(yàn)室的檢測(cè)方法存在問題。美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)表示，將在未來的幾個(gè)月對(duì)這些智能手機(jī)進(jìn)行自主測(cè)評(píng)。

結(jié)論1：輻射測(cè)試是媒體所做，是否可信任還未知，請(qǐng)等待政府機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)查。

結(jié)論2：沒有證據(jù)顯示射頻輻射（RF）會(huì)致癌。

根據(jù)他們的研究（研究方法新聞里有，微博上也有）：“Radiofrequency radiation exposure from the iPhone 7 — one of the most popular smartphones ever sold — measured over the legal safety limit and more than double what Apple reported to federal regulators from its own testing.”

翻譯過來就是：iPhone7-（史上最暢銷智能手機(jī)）的射頻輻射，超過了法律允許值并且是Apple提供給聯(lián)邦管理機(jī)構(gòu)自測(cè)值的兩倍以上。新聞還說道FCC，F(xiàn)ederal Communications Commission，聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)（相關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)）也準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。該新聞并未提到三星。

2019/8/23：有律師（律所）在北加州San Jose區(qū)（就是硅谷地區(qū)）的地區(qū)法院提起了集體訴訟（訴訟全文，目前只找到這個(gè)：https://www.scribd.com/document/422976960/RF-Exposure-Class-Action非政府網(wǎng)站，準(zhǔn)確性存疑），起訴三星和蘋果關(guān)于RF輻射超標(biāo)的問題。
