背闊肌叫l(wèi)ats，是Latissimus dorsi的縮寫。Latissimus dorsi在拉丁語里有最寬廣的意思，因?yàn)楸抽熂∈侨梭w面積最大的肌肉。

豎脊肌 erector muscle，一般用的比較少，很多比較專業(yè)的視頻是用的這個(gè)，多數(shù)還是用low back。

腹肌 abs

臀大肌 gluts gluteus maximus muscle的簡稱

股四頭肌 Quads

股二頭肌 hamstring

一個(gè)組叫set

一次試舉叫rep 是repetition的簡稱

rm是repetition max的簡稱，顧名思義就是單次能做的最大次數(shù)，很多人都用的是錯(cuò)的，誤以為rm是某一組多少次試舉的意思。我經(jīng)常在健身房聽到有人說他今天做12rm做5個(gè)set。

volume是訓(xùn)練總量的意思，一般指總重量，比如廖輝某個(gè)課表的單次訓(xùn)練總重量是10噸，但在一般健身房也只一個(gè)課表有多少reps，因?yàn)閷τ谝话憬∩碚邅碚f，算重量比較麻煩，就用總次數(shù)來簡單代表總量。

schedule就是課表的意思，一般成熟的訓(xùn)練者都有自己的課表，很少有人來了看心情練的。

下面就我比較熟悉的幾個(gè)領(lǐng)域講講

力量舉（power lifting）臺(tái)灣叫健力

力量舉的三項(xiàng)分別是

臥推，深蹲，硬拉（臺(tái)灣叫硬舉）

bench，squat，deadlift

squat

在力量舉里有兩種方法，一種叫高杠，就是high bar，指的是杠子在背上的位置比較高，在斜方肌上

另一種叫低桿，叫l(wèi)ow bar，就是杠子在背上的位置很低，背在三角肌后束（rare deltoid）上

深蹲用的膝蓋的綁帶叫做wraps，為了區(qū)別于手腕用的wraps，一般叫 knee wraps，這里注意shelve和wrap的區(qū)別，wrap是要自己纏的，shelve是套的。

deadlift

在力量舉里deadlift分兩種，一種是傳統(tǒng)的窄硬拉（conventional deadlift），相撲硬拉（sumo deadlift）。

lock out是鎖定的意思，力量舉里面要求硬拉，一定要鎖定以后才能放杠。lock out也在其他各種動(dòng)作里表示鎖定的意思，大致理解就是關(guān)節(jié)打直鎖死的意思。

健美

分古典和健體

古典是bodybuilding，健體是mens physqiue

女子叫bikini

健美比賽里面做造型叫posing

量級(jí)叫class

類固醇叫steroids

一般打藥需要制定計(jì)劃，這個(gè)叫circle

也就是國內(nèi)一般說的做c

沒有打藥的叫自然健美者，他們稱自己為natural，

這里再講下有個(gè)詞叫powerbuilding，指的是很多人即使用powerlifting的大重量訓(xùn)練法，但也很注重肌肉形態(tài)。這類人多是業(yè)余愛好者，或者健身網(wǎng)紅。

內(nèi)有五大神技

分別為單手引體one arm pull up，這里注意還有一種叫 one hand pull up，單手的難度不止低了一個(gè)檔次

前/后水平 front lever/back lever

再說馬拉松marathon

半馬 half marathon

迷你馬拉松，國外半馬以下就不叫馬拉松了，所以千萬別叫mini marathon

10k就是10k

5k就是5k，難道你跑個(gè)5k還舔著臉叫super mini marathon嗎？

馬拉松的個(gè)人最好成績一般叫pb，personal best

賽會(huì)最好成績一般叫pr，personal record

這點(diǎn)和力量運(yùn)動(dòng)的習(xí)慣不太一樣。
