    閃點(diǎn)（FLASH POINT）是油品安全性的指標(biāo)。油品在特定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下加熱至某一溫度，令由其表面逸出的蒸氣剛夠與周?chē)目諝庑纬梢豢扇夹曰旌衔?，?dāng)以一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試火源與該混合物接觸時(shí)即會(huì)引致瞬時(shí)的閃火，此時(shí)油品的溫度即定義為其閃點(diǎn)。
