1792年12月11日，約瑟夫·莫爾作為編織女工安娜·朔伊貝爾和當(dāng)?shù)伛v軍的一個步兵的私生子在奧地利薩爾茨堡出生，父親因害怕而逃走。

洗禮時，只好請了薩爾茨堡的一個名叫約瑟夫·沃爾格穆特的劊子手當(dāng)教父。

莫爾心地善良，好為弱者、窮人和孩子們做事，但不幸的身世使年輕的莫爾不斷受到驅(qū)趕...

1815年，擔(dān)任牧師的莫爾在擔(dān)任薩爾茨堡附近奧伯恩多夫小鎮(zhèn)集市上，認(rèn)識了來自鄰鎮(zhèn)阿恩斯多夫的小學(xué)教師和集市組織者弗蘭茨·克薩弗·格魯貝爾，兩人成了好朋友。

莫爾（作詞）和格魯貝爾（作曲）合作創(chuàng)作了圣誕歌《平安夜》。

這首歌1818年12月24日首次在奧伯恩多夫鎮(zhèn)教堂演唱，由于管風(fēng)琴被老鼠咬壞，臨時改用吉他伴奏。

圣誕歌《平安夜》出自哪里知道嗎？

99年前的12月24日（明年2018年到時就100年了），在奧地利薩爾茨堡南部小鎮(zhèn)Oberndorf的圣尼古拉教堂，人們相聚在一起，明亮的火燭閃爍在手中，圣誕前夜的彌撒開始了。

當(dāng)吉他伴奏的合唱曲《平安夜》響起，每個人情不自禁地跟著唱起來。難忘的旋律不脛而走，以至于大家很快忘記了它的詞曲作者。直到1995年，音樂學(xué)者才確認(rèn)作詞的是這座教堂的神父Joseph Mohr，作曲則是當(dāng)?shù)氐男W(xué)校長、管風(fēng)琴師Franz Xaver Gruber，而大多數(shù)流行的圣誕歌曲作者可沒有這么幸運(yùn)。

1859年，紐約的一位神父John Freeman Young將《平安夜》原詞從德語翻譯成英語，從此風(fēng)靡世界各地。至今，這首歌已經(jīng)跨越文化，成為慶祝新年到來、家人團(tuán)聚的名作。

最近，挪威鋼琴家、作曲家Ola Gjeilo將《平安夜》改編成一首小品，賦予了它新的意義。那就是在熱鬧、狂歡的新年氣氛里，如何安靜、美好、默想著度過跨年一刻。不論是在萬人演唱會現(xiàn)場，還是在一家小小的酒吧；不論是一個人、兩個人，還是一群人……

不過歌詞中說“牧羊人，在曠野，忽然看見了天上光華，聽見天軍唱哈利路亞，救主今夜降生，救主今夜降生！”恰好說明耶穌可不是12月出生，作為一個嬰兒，這么冷的冬夜，他媽媽一定不會放在戶外的馬槽里。牧羊人也不會此時還在曠野里。

平安夜標(biāo)志著西方最盛大的大年夜來臨，第二天還有圣誕集市，在著名電影《西雅圖夜未眠》中，平安夜充滿了家人之間的深情與思念，所以說，過年、度假、平平安安，是人類必要的凝聚力量的共同心愿與行動。祝您平安！
