1.基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基（minimum media）　在一定條件下含有某類(lèi)微生物生長(zhǎng)繁殖所需的基本營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)基,也稱(chēng)為基本培養(yǎng)基.　

2.加富培養(yǎng)基（enriched media）　在普通培養(yǎng)基（如肉湯蛋白胨培養(yǎng)基）中加入某些特殊營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)制成的一類(lèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富的培養(yǎng)基.用來(lái)培養(yǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)要求比較苛刻的異養(yǎng)型微生物.　這些特殊營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)包括血液、血清、酵母浸膏、動(dòng)植物組織液等.　根據(jù)待分離微生物的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的培養(yǎng)基,用于從環(huán)境中富集和分離某種微生物.（目的微生物在這種培養(yǎng)基中較其他微生物生長(zhǎng)速度快,并逐漸富集而占優(yōu)勢(shì),從而容易達(dá)到分離該種微生物的目的.）

用途：用于設(shè)備、車(chē)間、人員、包裝材料等表面微生物的測(cè)定

組成成分：胰酪胨15g；大豆木瓜蛋白酶水解物5g；氯化鈉5g；瓊脂15g；蒸餾水1000ml；pH7.3±0.2（25℃）

外觀：淡黃色、凸起、表面平整、無(wú)裂痕、無(wú)肉眼可見(jiàn)雜質(zhì)和氣泡。

理化：pH合格，凝膠強(qiáng)度500650g/cm2。

無(wú)菌性：20-25℃，培養(yǎng)3天,30-35℃，培養(yǎng)2天，無(wú)菌生長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)基無(wú)明顯失水現(xiàn)象。

生長(zhǎng)試驗(yàn)：接種大腸埃希氏菌、銅綠假單胞菌、枯草芽孢桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉，生長(zhǎng)良好且菌落直徑和菌落特征典型。

R2A瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱(chēng)取本品18.1g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

配方

酵母浸出粉 0.5g，蛋白胨 0.5g，酪蛋白水解物 0.5g，葡萄糖 0.5g，可溶性淀粉 0.5g，磷酸氫二鉀 0.3g，無(wú)水硫酸鎂 0.024g，丙酮酸鈉 0.3g，瓊脂 15.0g，pH7.2±0.2(25℃)
