大一新生如何提高聽力和口語的方法？

關(guān)于閱讀：1. 先每天兩篇CNN新聞，為期兩個月；2. 第二步每天兩篇紐約時報（或華盛頓郵報、洛杉磯時報也可，但是文筆與寫作風(fēng)格沒有第一個好），為期兩個月；3. 第三步每天一篇經(jīng)濟學(xué)人，為期兩個月；閱讀要達到的狀態(tài)是每篇文章沒有生詞，句子全部能看懂，必要的時候要背背單詞。

關(guān)于聽力：如果聽慢速VOA沒問題就可以聽正常語速的新聞了，推薦NBC Nightly News，每天20分鐘，堅持幾個月下來，可以試著聽聽John Stwart，David Letterman或者Jay Leno的脫口秀了，這個非常磨耳朵。期間可以多看看BBC，National Geographic或者History Channel的紀(jì)錄片，ted talks也不錯，再加上美劇用以調(diào)劑（別看字幕）。語言這個東西，總之是要多聽多看才行。

大一新生如何提高聽力和口語的方法？

既然你提到考四級，那我就從考四級的角度來講講如何練習(xí)聽力，提高筆試成績，順帶著練口語。

先說背景，我備考四級一共就用了一個月，分數(shù)81.5（當(dāng)時還是百分制，折算到現(xiàn)在是600分左右），這一個月里一共讀透了一本書，做了一套真題。當(dāng)然，我英語原本的積累比較好，但是從來都懶得背單詞，而考前我給自己定的目標(biāo)是過80分才算及格，所以突擊了一下。

那么如何用一套真題一本書突破四級呢？這是有講究的，首先我的選的那本書，不是隨便到書店看哪本順眼就買哪本的參考書，而是有用意——《15篇文章貫通四級詞匯》印象中好像是星火出版社，但近幾年似乎很難找到這本書了。

選用這本書的根本原因就是，這15篇文章里已經(jīng)涵蓋了80%的四級詞匯，而每篇文章后還會有幾道題，重點針對四級高頻出現(xiàn)的詞匯和短語用法。所以我從頭到尾把這本書研究了幾遍，每篇文章熟讀，不但記住了所有相關(guān)詞匯和用法，語感也大大提升。

再說說那套真題怎么用。

真題就是隨便選的一套，印象中好像是王長喜出，哪里出的并不重要，只要是真題就好。我做的第一件事就是每天早上背幾道聽力題，注意，不是背答案，而是自己用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音，把整道題，就是錄音機里讓你聽的部分，加上填好正確答案題面，全都背下來。

其實就跟背句子和短文一樣，最后把整套聽力都背完了。

背聽力的用意是，只要你會說的內(nèi)容，你一定聽得懂。而在背聽力原文的過程中，再對比題面，你就能很清楚地意識到那些聽力中最常出現(xiàn)的“陷阱”是怎么回事，從而讓聽力變得無比簡單。

說句實在話，聽力的原文你一旦弄懂了，其實會發(fā)現(xiàn)比閱讀理解簡單許多，大概是因為國內(nèi)學(xué)生普遍是聽說不如讀寫，所以聽力題的原文難度也相應(yīng)的沒那么高。

此外，背聽力題的過程本身就對提升口語水平有幫助，口語就是你積累的用法和表達方式越多，就越能順暢地表達自己意思的技能，如果在現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)還想再提升口語的話，就多背句子和文章，每天積累一點點，持續(xù)下來你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)英語對自己越來越簡單了。

至于參加英語角、看原聲電影以及其它各種，都是你積累的途徑而已，選擇什么不重要，重要的是每天都要前進，持續(xù)行動，才能見效。
