權(quán)威雜志發(fā)表最新研究，喝酒會(huì)破壞DNA致癌，還能喝酒么？

其實(shí)喝酒的危害很嚴(yán)重是早就知道了的。酒精早就是一類致癌物，可以增加多種癌癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這一點(diǎn)幾乎沒有人否認(rèn)，即使那些支持適量喝酒的人也承認(rèn)。

另外喝酒也不光致癌，酒精的危害還有很多，比如酒精會(huì)傷害肝臟，很多長期喝酒的人都得了肝硬化。酒精還危害人的大腦和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，影響人的心智。

酒精對胎兒和嬰兒的影響更大，所以孕婦和哺乳期女性尤其不要喝酒。

酒精本身是一種毒品，有很強(qiáng)的成癮性，很容易造成酒精依賴。因?yàn)榫圃诟鲊加杏凭玫臍v史，文化地位也很高，沒辦法想禁止其他毒品一樣禁掉。有些國家嘗試過禁酒，但都失敗了。所以很多人不知道酒精也是毒品，其實(shí)酒精的危害和成癮性比人們熟知的一些毒品比如大麻還要厲害。酗酒、酒精依賴、酒精中毒不但嚴(yán)重危害人們的健康，也帶來很多社會(huì)問題。美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院旗下的一個(gè)研究所NIAAA就是專門研究與酒精相關(guān)的醫(yī)學(xué)問題的。

在我國這方面的問題重視程度還不夠，同時(shí)我國又是高度白酒消費(fèi)大國，更諷刺的是東亞人種乙醛脫氫酶缺陷比例比白人高，也就是說我國人喝酒的后果平均比歐美人更嚴(yán)重。

然而，從這次權(quán)威文章刷屏事件看，我國的普通人對酒精危害的認(rèn)識(shí)嚴(yán)重不足，所以才會(huì)吃驚。所以你要說酒還能不能喝，其實(shí)早就“不能”喝。如果你此前不知道酒精的危害，現(xiàn)在才知道，那就從現(xiàn)在開始限制，甚至告別酒精吧。但如果你知道酒精的危害，但愿意為了愛好冒健康的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，那繼續(xù)喝也無妨。大家都是成年人，自己的行為自己負(fù)責(zé)。未成年人或者孕婦、產(chǎn)婦就不要喝了。
