不光是紐約，傍晚開始美國大城市的滿街流浪漢就會虎視眈眈看著你。

當然安全不安全得看你碰上好的流浪漢還是壞的了，衰點遇上慣搶犯那就沒辦法了給人家搶吧。

曼哈頓14-59街基本上還是很安全的，治安好不好的地方你看一下周邊環(huán)境就知道了。比如，人行道坑坑洼洼，雜草叢生，垃圾到處都是，墻上都被人用油漆噴的亂七八糟，特別要遠離那些青少年，他們搶你打你，警察對他們都沒辦法。

根據(jù)我連續(xù)三年去紐約探親，大約每次住3個月左右的經(jīng)驗和家人的提醒，有以下幾點需要注意：

1、紐約是由5個行政區(qū)組成：曼哈頓、斯塔滕島、布魯克林、皇后區(qū)和布朗克斯。通常旅游必去的是曼哈頓，這是紐約的中心，其次是布魯克林和皇后區(qū)。曼哈頓分上城、下城和中城，中城是比較安全的，雖然人多但是治安好;下城其次，最差的是上城，特別是90街以上，治安較差，人也不多，就是哥倫布亞大學以北就要特別注意;

2、通常白天整體情況都比較好，晚上中城區(qū)熱鬧的時代廣場附近都比較安全，但是要注意人擁擠時，謹防小偷扒手，因為世界各地的人都有，人多而雜;

3、晚上，不要去偏僻、燈光灰暗、人少的街道和區(qū)域，包括中央公園，除非是有夏季露天音樂會或其他大型活動，會有警察保安維護治安，否則晚上一定不要去，很不安全，即便在中城部分的中央公園區(qū)域也是如此;

4、遇見找你搭訕的陌生人不要理，紐約地鐵和地鐵站，人多，要特別注意騙子，不要被忽悠和小偷。

總體來說，社會治安還是比較好的，只要自己適當注意就好，不用過于擔心和緊張。

記得N年前第一次去美國，亞特蘭大，從midtown去downtown打算shopping。本來想走去的，但走著走著沒有人可以走的路了，就是只有車道了。沒辦法，回頭去做地鐵。下去之后，就感覺氛圍不太和諧，黑人好多，嚇得哥們只能躲躲閃閃的。不知怎地，一個黑哥就走到我旁邊了，開始跟我說話，還把手搭到我的肩上?；究靽樋蘖?。哪見過這陣勢啊，再加上網(wǎng)上的說法。真真嚇哭。他說話，我基本聽不懂。感覺意思就是沒錢吃飯了，沒錢抽煙了。我就把身上的零碎的幾刀給他了，這時候地鐵也來了，他還很高興的送我上地鐵，跟我揮手道別。

每次去美國，我都警惕性很高，很留意周邊情況。不過話說對你描述的這些有歧視的行為及語言好像挺無能為力的。挺郁悶，最多就是罵回去。有一次我跟一個美國朋友去看一個小火車模型展。有幾個人在那邊唧唧歪歪的說什么，好像跟China有關系。我倒是沒覺得怎么樣，我的美國朋友跑過去問人家說什么呢，為啥跟China有關。人家說“我們的小火車模型什么的是中國生產(chǎn)的”blah
