offering與product的區(qū)別？

offering通常用作名詞或動名詞，意思是用品;劇作;作品;供消遣的產(chǎn)品;祭品;供品，product主要用作動詞，意思是主動提出;自愿給予;提供(東西或機(jī)會);供應(yīng);奉獻(xiàn)，祭獻(xiàn)(給上帝)。

同時(shí)，product也可以做名詞，意思是主動提議;建議;出價(jià);報(bào)價(jià);(通常為短期的)減價(jià)，削價(jià);處理價(jià);特價(jià)。
