長期打頭孢，身體會有哪些癥狀？

頭孢是一種化學抗生素，用量一般是一個禮拜左右。如果長期使用的話可能會引發(fā)真菌感染，治療起來更加麻煩，耽誤病情。還有可能會耐藥，以后對于這類藥物完全失效。再者就是任何藥物都有副作用，長期打的話這些藥物副作用肯定對身體產(chǎn)生很大的影響！

長期打頭孢，身體會有哪些癥狀？

俗話說：“吃藥三分毒”。任何藥物都有副作用，長期應(yīng)用都會對身體產(chǎn)生一定影響，除某些慢**必須長期服用某些藥物外，不建議長期應(yīng)用任何藥物。

頭孢即頭孢菌素類抗菌藥物，是抗菌藥物的一個分類，只對細菌引起的感染有效，對病毒感染及其他疾病無效。也就是診斷為細菌性感染者方有指征應(yīng)用抗菌藥物；必須根據(jù)病原種類及藥物敏感試驗結(jié)果選用抗菌藥物，即頭孢類敏感的方可選擇；還要根據(jù)病原菌、感染部位、感染嚴重程度和患者生理、病理情況及抗菌藥物的藥效學和藥動學證據(jù)制定抗菌藥物治療方案，包括抗菌藥物的選用的品種、劑量、給藥次數(shù)、給藥途徑、療程及聯(lián)合用藥等。

一般情況下抗菌藥物不宜長期應(yīng)用，其療程因感染不同而異，一般宜用至體溫正常，癥狀消退后72~96小時，有局部病灶者，需用藥至感染灶控制或完全消散。但血流感染、感染性心內(nèi)膜炎、化膿性腦膜炎、傷寒、布魯菌病、骨髓炎、B組鏈球菌咽炎和扁桃體炎等需較長的療程方能徹底治愈，并減少或防止復(fù)發(fā)。

任何藥物都有兩重性，既有對疾病的治療作用，又有對身體的不良反應(yīng)，頭孢菌素類藥物雖然毒性低，不良反應(yīng)較少，但長期用藥仍需防治以下情況：

1、口服給藥可發(fā)生胃腸道反應(yīng)，靜脈給藥可發(fā)生靜脈炎。

2、防止菌群失調(diào)，引起維生素B族和K缺乏，如偽膜性腸炎、急性出血腸炎等。

3、防止出現(xiàn)腎毒性，本類藥物多數(shù)主要經(jīng)腎臟排泄，尤其是第一代頭孢菌素部分品種長期大劑量使用時出現(xiàn)腎臟毒性。

4、避免細菌耐藥發(fā)生，防止出現(xiàn)二重感染，第三代、第四代頭孢菌素偶見二重感染，長期應(yīng)用頭孢孟多、頭孢哌酮可引起低凝血酶原癥或血小板減少而導(dǎo)致嚴重出血。

5、長期大劑量使用頭孢菌素類偶可發(fā)生頭痛、頭暈以及可逆性中毒性精神病等中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)反應(yīng)。

因此，除病情需要，并且在醫(yī)生指導(dǎo)下必須長期應(yīng)用外，請勿長期應(yīng)用頭孢菌素類及其他類抗菌藥物。
