達(dá)爾克羅茲教學(xué)法,也叫Dalcroze Eurhythmic,結(jié)合了音樂(lè)基本元素-節(jié)奏,旋律,和聲-和肢體律動(dòng),是一種多元化的音樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)方式。

與其他傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法不一樣,即興創(chuàng)作是達(dá)爾克羅茲教學(xué)法的主要組成部分。達(dá)爾克羅茲教學(xué)法包含了三個(gè)要素:

Eurhythmics(肢體律動(dòng)):訓(xùn)練身體表達(dá)音樂(lè)的節(jié)奏與動(dòng)態(tài)感。

Solfege(視唱):訓(xùn)練耳朵,眼睛和聲音來(lái)表現(xiàn)音高,旋律和和聲。

improvisation(即興創(chuàng)作):將音樂(lè)元素內(nèi)化,由學(xué)生用肢體動(dòng)作,歌聲或者在樂(lè)器上進(jìn)行即興創(chuàng)作。

達(dá)爾克羅茲(1865 — 1950)瑞士音樂(lè)家、教育家。1892年任日內(nèi)瓦音樂(lè)學(xué)院的音樂(lè)理論教授。大約在1900年左右他提出了一個(gè)新的學(xué)說(shuō)。

他認(rèn)為:以往的音樂(lè)教育是非常音樂(lè)性的,也就是不符合音樂(lè)的本性。音樂(lè)本身離不開律動(dòng),而律動(dòng)和人體本身的運(yùn)動(dòng)有密切的聯(lián)系。因此,單純地教音樂(lè)、學(xué)音樂(lè)而不結(jié)合身體的運(yùn)動(dòng),至少是孤立的、不全面的。

針對(duì)這一點(diǎn),達(dá)爾克羅茲提出了“體態(tài)律動(dòng)學(xué)”的教學(xué)法。他前后花了約幾十年的時(shí)間從事理論與實(shí)踐的探討,在他的艱苦努力和有關(guān)人士的大力支持下,終于取得了成功。

今天,他的方法不僅遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出了音樂(lè)的范疇,廣泛地用于舞蹈、戲劇、繪畫、運(yùn)動(dòng)等方面的訓(xùn)練,而且還**于音樂(lè)治療、殘疾與弱智兒童以及康復(fù)醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域中,在五大洲都有專門的學(xué)校,培養(yǎng)該教學(xué)法的教師。

第一次世界大戰(zhàn)前,達(dá)爾克羅茲到歐洲各國(guó)旅行示范教學(xué),使他的這套體系更為廣泛流傳,對(duì)于奧爾夫,柯達(dá)伊等人音樂(lè)教學(xué)法的形成與發(fā)展,有著重要的影響。第一次世界大戰(zhàn)后,他回到日內(nèi)瓦,建立了"達(dá)爾克羅茲體系研究所"并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)該所直到他逝世。
