如果蛋白A本身是**于細(xì)胞內(nèi)的X細(xì)胞器，而與蛋白B同時(shí)表達(dá)的時(shí)候蛋白A跟蛋白B一起**到了Y細(xì)胞器，那么說(shuō)明蛋白A和蛋白B是共**的，也就是這兩個(gè)蛋白可能存在相互作用（只是可能）。
