擼遍全球之愛爾蘭擼車記

諾諾人都有一個(gè)終極夢(mèng)想

就是有一天

帶到全球各地的二手車市場(chǎng)

我是諾家班新晉擼車師王國(guó)慶，諾諾第59期培訓(xùn)班的學(xué)員。正式系統(tǒng)地了解二手車也是從那時(shí)開始的，從此才知道影響一輛二手車價(jià)格的有車況和車齡，也有配置、里程和過戶次數(shù)等很多的因素。當(dāng)然一名合格的擼車師，光紙上談兵是不夠的，如何鑒定個(gè)中細(xì)別差異不擼上幾十臺(tái)車很難深有體會(huì)。這次借著春節(jié)去愛爾蘭度假之便，本著“來都來了”的實(shí)用主義哲學(xué)精神，深入考察（擼）了一下歐洲（都柏林）二手車市場(chǎng)。無奈假期后段國(guó)內(nèi)**日益嚴(yán)重，已全無心思四處再浪，于是改簽機(jī)票提前回國(guó)與大家一起開啟了沒羞沒臊的宅男宅女生活。

閑話不說，先從產(chǎn)證看起。

愛爾蘭《機(jī)動(dòng)車登記證書》（vehicle registration certificate / logbook）

簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單一張A5大小的紙，封底藍(lán)色區(qū)域，用作過戶時(shí)填寫買家信息，買賣雙方簽字后扔到郵筒里，4-6周內(nèi)新的一張“機(jī)動(dòng)車產(chǎn)權(quán)登記紙”就會(huì)被寄到你的家里。就這么簡(jiǎn)單，沒有限遷、沒有限排、不需要暫住證，并且全部交易過程也沒有國(guó)家相關(guān)部門的監(jiān)督或收費(fèi)。

內(nèi)頁(yè)的左側(cè)是車輛信息，右側(cè)是車主信息。車輛信息的這一部分，每一條標(biāo)識(shí)在下部都有英語(yǔ)和愛爾蘭語(yǔ)的詳細(xì)注釋。

借用朋友的這張產(chǎn)證，我們一起來看一下這輛車有意思的幾個(gè)信息。

在愛爾蘭牌照編號(hào)很簡(jiǎn)單，牌照號(hào)04D120751，前兩位數(shù)字代表年份，04就是2004年上牌；第三位字母是上牌城市D代表都柏林（Dublin）；后面的數(shù)字就是第多少輛車，沒有固**數(shù)，第一輛就是01，第一百輛就是100，以此類推。

不過從2013年開始，機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量增速較快，所以牌照前三位都是數(shù)字131代表2013年1-6月上牌，132代表2013年7-12月上牌，現(xiàn)在都柏林的街頭已經(jīng)可以看到201開頭的牌照了。

第二行第三行最有意思，這輛車的首次登記日期是2004年1月16日，但初次在愛爾蘭注冊(cè)時(shí)間卻是九年之后的2013年5月21日，說明這可能是一臺(tái)進(jìn)口車。

再往下看，TOYOTA豐田 VITZ薇姿，很多朋友都知道因?yàn)槿毡掘?yàn)車制度極為嚴(yán)苛，所以車齡7-8年左右的車子使用成本過高，大都會(huì)被出口到歐洲或其他地區(qū)，但日本車省心、耐造的特性，在歐洲的工薪階層很受歡迎。順著這條線索，我們?cè)谲嚈C(jī)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)里也找到了未“英化”的日文提示，從而證實(shí)了我們的推測(cè)分析。

上過培訓(xùn)班的同學(xué)應(yīng)該也能從標(biāo)注E：車架號(hào)（Vehicle Identification Number）中得到更全面的信息，來證實(shí)我們的推斷。

瀏覽了當(dāng)?shù)刈畲蟮亩周嚻脚_(tái)Carzone.ie的一些車源后可以發(fā)現(xiàn)：2008-2012年之間的車源會(huì)相對(duì)較少一些?？赡苁鞘艿侥菐啄杲?jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響消費(fèi)能力大幅下降導(dǎo)致，不過隨著歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步復(fù)蘇，2012年之后的車源慢慢多了起來。根據(jù)目前的行情來看，7-8年車齡的車源才是現(xiàn)在最具性價(jià)比的尖貨，基本是新車價(jià)格的2.5-3折。

關(guān)于配置

寶馬三系3.0 330D M sport（自動(dòng)）

奧迪A4 2.0 TDI 四驅(qū)手動(dòng)（Quattro）

讓我很迷幻的事情就是配置，國(guó)內(nèi)大部分主機(jī)廠為了節(jié)約成本都是固化好的幾個(gè)配置給用戶選擇，帶來的好處就是生產(chǎn)速度快、交付時(shí)間短。對(duì)于二手車價(jià)格也比較明朗，高中低配都有自己的價(jià)格。可是更加崇尚個(gè)性化配置的歐洲，網(wǎng)站上打開新車訂單只有最基本的信息和配置，**咨詢了4S店（main dealer）之后，才知道現(xiàn)在看到的價(jià)格都是起始價(jià)，兩臺(tái)車都是織物座椅、手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)、無天窗等，基本我們能想到的配置都沒有。這也就完美解釋了二手車市場(chǎng)上有很多車源是低功率版加真皮座椅、高功率版配鹵素大燈...眼花繚亂、千差萬(wàn)別。

總結(jié)下來發(fā)現(xiàn)幾個(gè)有意思的規(guī)律：

在愛爾蘭買新車選裝天窗可能是最后一個(gè)考慮的配置，所以只要有天窗的二手車基本其他配置都選齊了。

真皮座椅的確代表豪華和高級(jí)，但當(dāng)?shù)厝瞬⒉皇衷谝?；織物座椅并不代表低端，而是環(huán)保和實(shí)用。

有一些低配車型竟然沒有空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)，只能選擇內(nèi)外循環(huán)、自然風(fēng)和暖風(fēng)，可能因?yàn)槿晏鞖庖话?°-18°吹吹自然風(fēng)也能過得去吧。

他們酷愛手動(dòng)擋車型（但我個(gè)人覺得更多是經(jīng)濟(jì)原因），所以經(jīng)常看到奧迪A6、寶馬5系、奔馳E級(jí)等手動(dòng)豪華車型，但隨著近幾年自動(dòng)擋技術(shù)不斷迭代更新、成本逐步降低，所以車齡較短的二手車自動(dòng)擋保有量也相對(duì)增加了一些。

目前沒發(fā)現(xiàn)哪輛車選裝了座椅加熱。

關(guān)于里程

在里程方面，我曾經(jīng)以為用車?yán)锍毯蛧?guó)土面積或者城市面積成正比例，但事實(shí)證明我錯(cuò)了。愛爾蘭國(guó)土面積7萬(wàn)平方公里，大約兩個(gè)臺(tái)灣省的面積，都柏林的城市面積跟廈門市面積差不多，但由于生活理念和人口密度的原因，很多人每天上班往返60-80km，周末還要開車進(jìn)城采購(gòu)或者去教堂禮拜，所以導(dǎo)致年均大于1.5-2萬(wàn)km左右的二手車比比皆是，低于1萬(wàn)km的車源卻是鳳毛麟角。

因?yàn)橛密嚴(yán)砟畹牟煌院苌儆熊囍髻N玻璃膜、戴方向盤套和座椅套，這也導(dǎo)致了內(nèi)飾磨損普遍較大，里程偏長(zhǎng)一些的車源會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)飾有更換或者修補(bǔ)翻新的痕跡。在培訓(xùn)班中學(xué)到對(duì)內(nèi)飾損傷更換和修復(fù)的鑒定技巧，也瞬間派上了用場(chǎng)。

關(guān)于車況

從基本車況來看，有很多車齡較長(zhǎng)，有些許磕碰、劃痕，但未做修復(fù)、整體補(bǔ)漆面很少的車。問了幾個(gè)朋友才知道，歐洲多數(shù)國(guó)家人工成本比較高，愛爾蘭也不例外，所以鈑金噴漆（bodywork）這種花費(fèi)較貴且不影響使用的修整，大都不會(huì)去選擇。因此鈑金噴漆的需求較少所以導(dǎo)致除了4S店（main dealer）以外，大多修理廠也不提供鈑噴服務(wù)或者水平較低。只要在諾諾培訓(xùn)班中認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)的同學(xué)也都會(huì)記得如何鑒別鈑噴過的漆面，運(yùn)用學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)基本都能快速發(fā)現(xiàn)這些車的鈑噴痕跡。

結(jié)尾

我們一直認(rèn)為歐美市場(chǎng)的二手車比國(guó)內(nèi)的價(jià)格低很多，事實(shí)證明確實(shí)如此。拍賣行里甚至常常有低至幾百歐元的大眾，但能否在魚龍混雜里淘到物有所值的dream car，還是對(duì)一名擼車師專業(yè)技能的不小考驗(yàn)。

況且，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拍賣師堪比十級(jí)聽力的口音對(duì)你的心里沖擊，可能一點(diǎn)也不輸給“雙十一”凌晨的倒計(jì)時(shí)。其實(shí)在諾諾培訓(xùn)班和工作當(dāng)中學(xué)到的東西當(dāng)然遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不止于此，還有很多養(yǎng)車用車的方法技巧這一次都還沒有派上用場(chǎng)。
