2、其中很多水解產(chǎn)物具有發(fā)色團(tuán)或形成熒光物質(zhì)，采用某種β-葡萄糖苷酶作底物，其反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物可用分光光度，熒光和組織化學(xué)的方法檢測。

2）染色：加入適量體積現(xiàn)配好的染色工作液，以完全覆蓋材料為準(zhǔn)。鋁箔紙包好，室溫孵育3h-過夜。同時設(shè)置陰性和**對照實(shí)驗；

3）脫色：將染色好的材料轉(zhuǎn)入70%酒精中脫色2-3次，直至陰性對照材料變?yōu)榘咨?。GUS染色**的藍(lán)色斑點(diǎn)非常穩(wěn)定，不會被酒精脫色。
