生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料(biomedical materials):又稱生物材料。用以和生物系統(tǒng)結(jié)合,以診斷、治療或替換機(jī)體中的組織、器官或增進(jìn)其功能的材料。它可以是天然產(chǎn)物,也可以是合成材料,或者是它們的結(jié)合,還可以是有生命力的活體細(xì)胞或天然組織與無(wú)生命的材料結(jié)合而成的雜化材料。生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料不同于藥物,它的主要治療目的無(wú)需通過(guò)在體內(nèi)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)或新陳代謝來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),但是可以結(jié)合藥理作用,甚至起藥理活性物質(zhì)的作用。與生物系統(tǒng)直接接合是生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料最基本的特征,如直接進(jìn)入體內(nèi)的植入材料,人工心肺、肝、腎等體外輔助裝置中與血液直接接觸的材料等,除應(yīng)滿足一定的理化性質(zhì)要求外,生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料還必須滿足生物學(xué)性能要求,即生物相容性要求,這是它區(qū)別于其它功能材料的最重要的特征

生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程專業(yè)好不好

我是一名口腔醫(yī)學(xué)生,我來(lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)我的看法。

我認(rèn)為這個(gè)專業(yè)還是不錯(cuò)的。

生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程(Biomedical Engineering,簡(jiǎn)稱BME)是結(jié)合物理、化學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)與工程學(xué)原理,從事生物學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、行為學(xué)或衛(wèi)生學(xué)的研究。

但是這個(gè)專業(yè)的差異性很大,就是說(shuō)生醫(yī)有好幾個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)方向,每個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)方向?qū)W習(xí)的知識(shí)幾乎完全不同。一般是在大二的時(shí)候確定學(xué)習(xí)的方向。

可以說(shuō)這個(gè)專業(yè)幾個(gè)不同的方向就像是幾個(gè)完全不同的專業(yè),雖然都和醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān),但是學(xué)的東西,研究的方向差別非常大。所以也沒(méi)什么參考性。
