布朗尼的音樂融合了大量的歐美音樂元素（Funk, Soul, Latin,etc.），吸收了其在律動上的優(yōu)勢，同時結(jié)合亞洲人在旋律上的特有美感，在保持自由度的基礎(chǔ)上，用3拍或反拍營造出舒服的晃動。

怎么做布朗尼

布朗尼

材料

巧克力115克，黃油85克，蛋120克，糖粉50克，杏仁粉46克，面粉46克，BS3毫升，核桃150克

做法

1.巧克力和黃油放在容器中，坐在一鍋溫水上。水溫大約五六十度為宜。攪拌直到巧克力和黃油溶化，且均勻混合。

2.蛋、杏仁粉、糖放在盆里攪勻。

3.把溫?zé)岬那煽肆{倒入蛋液里，混合均勻。

4.篩入面粉及BS拌勻。

5.核桃大略掰碎，拌入面糊。

6.裝模。面糊比較稠厚，倒進(jìn)去以后盡量刮平。

7.預(yù)熱過的烤箱，170度烤25分鐘。

8.出爐后稍稍晾涼，不燙手了就可以脫模，冷卻到室溫后切方塊。布朗尼熱量驚人，我顫抖著雙手切成了2厘米見方的小塊，所以看上去顯得特別高。一般切5cm邊長的方塊的話，長寬高的比例就和店里的差不多。做成之后放一兩天，可以冷凍或冷藏保存，吃的時候回復(fù)到室溫。

小訣竅:

這本書出自大牌巧克力店，下料很猛。巧克力分量比一般的brownie食譜大，用一半杏仁粉替換常規(guī)的面粉。成品是挺不錯的，質(zhì)感滋潤不干澀，苦醇風(fēng)味不掩。糖我減過了。唯一就是熱量兇猛，必須謹(jǐn)慎入口。
