第二，明確企業(yè)使命。企業(yè)使命和企業(yè)宗旨是同義語，是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念指導(dǎo)下，企業(yè)為其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的方向、性質(zhì)、責(zé)任所下的定義，它是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)哲學(xué)的具體化，集中反映了企業(yè)的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)，表達(dá)了企業(yè)的社會(huì)態(tài)度和行為準(zhǔn)則。
