哈羅德·霍爾特，CH（Harold Holt，1908年8月5日－1967年12月17日），第17任澳大利亞總理，澳大利亞自由黨政治家。1966年起任自由黨領(lǐng)袖和澳洲總理，1967年在維多利亞州波特西的切維厄特沙灘附近游泳時(shí)失蹤，一般認(rèn)為是溺水而死，尸體從未找到。

霍爾特在澳洲議會(huì)任職的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)達(dá)32年，比前任總理羅伯特·孟席斯（18年）要長(zhǎng)得多，但他任澳洲總理卻只有22個(gè)月。霍爾特在擔(dān)任移民部長(zhǎng)期間放寬了白澳政策，解除了一些對(duì)移民和定居的法律限制。他在任財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)期間，協(xié)助孟席斯政府進(jìn)行一些重大財(cái)政改革，包括創(chuàng)立澳洲央行以及將澳幣改為十進(jìn)位系統(tǒng)等。

霍爾特支持將澳大利亞卷入越南戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，著名語(yǔ)錄是“我們永遠(yuǎn)和約翰遜總統(tǒng)站在一起”（All the way with LBJ）。在他任總理期間曾舉行1967年全民公決，以壓倒多數(shù)的結(jié)果通過(guò)憲法修正案，決定為澳大利亞的土著立法，并將土著人口納入人口統(tǒng)計(jì)之中。
