如何讓青年創(chuàng)業(yè)不再“九死一生”?

正在創(chuàng)業(yè)路上,見過身邊創(chuàng)業(yè)的朋友一個一個倒下去的,也有正在艱難前行的。真正意義上成功的,鳳毛麟角?!熬潘酪簧备某伞叭f死一生”都不為過。

套用之前很流行的一句反雞湯“哪有什么歲月靜好,只是有人為你負(fù)重前行”。你能看到成功的,要不是有強(qiáng)大的背書,要不有深厚的家庭背景。真正能逆襲的,在這個年代,基本屬于癡人說夢。

那是不是就說創(chuàng)業(yè)這條路就被堵死了,當(dāng)然不是。我覺得與其用所謂的“方法論”“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化”來幫青年創(chuàng)業(yè)提高成功率,不如讓青年改變一下自己的心態(tài)。

教育為什么要分為“高等職業(yè)教育”,“高等普通教育”,“研究生教育”,“博士生教育”。這是讓不同的人走更適合自己的路。日本有很多的小企業(yè),做某一個極其垂直細(xì)分的小領(lǐng)域,活的很好。中國現(xiàn)在彌漫著一種浮躁的心態(tài),所有人都想當(dāng)馬云,當(dāng)馬化騰,當(dāng)雷軍。無法給自己一個清晰的**,天天找“風(fēng)口”,卻不知道自己擅長什么。

我建議以后少用“創(chuàng)業(yè)”這個詞,可以用“做一個產(chǎn)品”,“做一個生意”來代替。從小開始,從低成本開始,從自己熟悉的開始。慢慢的一步一步積累,從量變到質(zhì)變。在自己領(lǐng)域做到前列,也能活的很好。

為什么創(chuàng)業(yè)一定要那么悲壯,大家都在比速度,你一年做到銷售2億,我立志三年上市。本來一個沒見過世面的窮小子,非要向往皇宮里的生活。

不積跬步,無以至千里;不積小流,無以成江海
