生物隔膜是什么？

生物隔膜（bioligical membrane）：鑲嵌有蛋白質(zhì)和糖類（統(tǒng)稱糖蛋白）的**脂雙分子層，起著劃分和分隔細(xì)胞和細(xì)胞器作用生物膜，也是與許多能量轉(zhuǎn)化和細(xì)胞內(nèi)通訊有關(guān)的重要部位，同時(shí)，生物膜上還有大量的酶結(jié)合位點(diǎn)。細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞器和其環(huán)境接界的所有膜結(jié)構(gòu)的總稱。

生物中除某些病毒外，都具有生物膜。真核細(xì)胞除質(zhì)膜(又稱細(xì)胞膜)外，還有分隔各 生物膜種細(xì)胞器的內(nèi)膜系統(tǒng)，包括核膜、線粒體膜、內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)膜、溶酶體膜、高爾基體膜、葉綠體膜、過氧化酶體膜等。生物膜形態(tài)上都呈雙分子層的片層結(jié)構(gòu)，厚度約5～10納米。其組成成分主要是脂質(zhì)和蛋白質(zhì)，另有少量糖類通過共價(jià)鍵結(jié)合在脂質(zhì)或蛋白質(zhì)上。不同的生物膜有不同的功能。

構(gòu)成生物膜的**脂雙分子層，一端是親水端，一端是疏水端，疏水端相互靠近，膜具有流動(dòng)性，構(gòu)成它們的**脂是由一個(gè)膽堿，**酸，脂肪酸，甘油分子構(gòu)成。

細(xì)胞膜又是什么膜？

細(xì)胞膜又稱質(zhì)膜（plasmalemma），是位于原生質(zhì)體外圍、緊貼細(xì)胞壁的膜結(jié)構(gòu)，作用是保護(hù)內(nèi)部。

細(xì)胞膜是防止細(xì)胞外物質(zhì)自由進(jìn)入細(xì)胞的屏障，它保證了 細(xì)胞內(nèi)環(huán)境 的相對穩(wěn)定，使各種 生化反應(yīng) 能夠有序運(yùn)行。但是細(xì)胞必須與周圍環(huán)境發(fā)生信息、物質(zhì)與能量的交換，才能完成特定的 生理功能 ，因此細(xì)胞必須具備一套 物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn) 體系，用來獲得所需物質(zhì)和排出代謝廢物。據(jù)估計(jì)細(xì)胞膜上與物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)有關(guān)的蛋白占 核基因 編碼蛋白的15~30%，細(xì)胞用在物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方面的能量達(dá)細(xì)胞總消耗能量的三分之二。
