合理選擇煙酰胺產(chǎn)品

含煙酰胺成分的產(chǎn)品很多，在選擇的時候一看濃度，二看配方和成分搭配。

➠濃度

煙酰胺濃度的選擇是一個很微妙的判斷， 濃度既不能太高，也不能太低 。一方面足夠的濃度才能保證效果，已經(jīng)有大量的實驗研究證實， 在一定的范圍內(nèi) 煙酰胺 抑制色素的效果隨濃度增加而增強 1；但是另一方面，也要考慮到太高濃度的煙酰胺對皮膚可能造成刺激。

煙酰胺最合適的濃度是多少呢？就我個人掌握的信息來說， 目前沒有看到有文獻歸納出最佳的濃度，也沒有文獻系統(tǒng)地比較不同濃度煙酰胺的效果和刺激 ，只有一些單獨的報道。例如保濕/修復(fù)屏障結(jié)構(gòu)2-3和治療特應(yīng)性皮炎方面4有報道用2%的濃度，淡化色素5-6和治療光老化7-9有報道用5%的濃度。

能夠確定的是， 主流的、正規(guī)的研究文章基本都是以5%作為上限濃度 。為什么選擇這個上限？不知道，我估計可能是基于臨床經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)，高于這個濃度的效果提升不多，但是刺激性會上升。

綜合考慮以上研究的結(jié)果，我個人認為 確定自己對煙酰胺耐受的話，煙酰胺的濃度越高越好，排名越前越好 。 用在美白、改善膚色方面 4% 會穩(wěn)妥一些，5%是上限 。至于下限就不好說，因為廠家不可能自曝其短。大致來說，如果煙酰胺的排名在成分表的十名開外，這個濃度就算是比較低了，效果比較難保證，不值得購買。 假如不確定自己對煙酰胺是否耐受，就從低濃度開始用起 。

➠搭配

雖然煙酰胺有多種效果，但 無論在哪個領(lǐng)域，它都不是效果最好的，它扮演的角色其實是輔助其他成分更好地發(fā)揮作用 。當煙酰胺用于美白、改善色素沉著的時候，就更需要和其他成分一起協(xié)同發(fā)揮作用。從作用機理來說，改善色素沉著的藥/藥妝成分主要有三條作用途徑10：

1.減少黑素的合成，例如氫醌、熊果苷、曲酸。

2.干擾黑素小體轉(zhuǎn)運，例如煙酰胺、大豆蛋白。

3.加快角質(zhì)細胞代謝，例如果酸、水楊酸、維A酸。

煙酰胺能干擾黑素小體輸送到角質(zhì)層，但它不能減少黑素的合成；此外，它還有兩個特點讓人很不滿意5-6：第一，用了4-8周以后效果就會進入一個瓶頸期，再用下去也沒有明顯改善；第二，效果是可逆的，用了38周之后發(fā)現(xiàn)膚色回到原樣。 所以單獨用煙酰胺來美白的效果不盡如人意，和黑素抑制劑（如熊果苷/氫醌）協(xié)同使用的時候，效果才會更好 。

煙酰胺的搭配還有一個技術(shù)細節(jié)很少會有人注意到，那就是它和尼泊金酯類防腐劑能夠形成配合物。煙酰胺易溶于水，而尼泊金酯類防腐劑難溶于水， 兩者共同使用的時候能夠形成配合物，促進尼泊金酯在水相中的溶解 11。這樣做有兩個好處，一是保證防腐劑在水相中有足夠的濃度，抑制細菌滋生；二是減少防腐劑的透皮吸收，降低對皮膚刺激。所以在設(shè)計配方的時候，可以優(yōu)先考慮采用尼泊金酯的防腐體系。

➠品牌美譽度

煙酰胺是最后一個產(chǎn)能轉(zhuǎn)移到中國的維生素品種，市場競爭較為激烈，市場集中度較低，眾多本土企業(yè)和國外企業(yè)（尤其是龍沙和帝斯曼）正在通過激烈的競爭，來進行產(chǎn)業(yè)分布的調(diào)整。不同廠家生產(chǎn)的煙酰胺，純度肯定不一樣。 品牌美譽度高的大的公司或者代工廠家能夠拿到純度較高的優(yōu)質(zhì)原料，降低雜質(zhì)的刺激 。不過原料的水很深，一般的消費者未必能夠了解里面的門道。

寶潔的技術(shù)底蘊沒的說，玩煙酰胺不是一般的6，從SK-II到OLAY都有它的身影。之所以把這個拿出來，是因為產(chǎn)品里面沒有什么多余的成分，不像新生塑顏金純面霜或者多效修護霜那樣，為了達到即時可見的效果而加入二氧化鈦、云母或者色素等物質(zhì)。如果想試一試煙酰胺的效果，可以考慮這個產(chǎn)品。

煙酰胺具體濃度不詳，但是從成分表來看，排名僅次于水，位居第二位，濃度應(yīng)該有保障；搭配多肽+3種植物提取物+維生素E+維生素C，兼顧了美白抗氧化修復(fù)等等功能，是一個十全大補的配方，適合熟齡肌膚用。有人認為配方里面的肌醇能夠起到美白/淡化色斑作用，對此我持保留意見，肌醇更多的還是起保濕作用，對炎癥后色素沉著沒有（直接的）抑制作用12。

2.貝德瑪賦妍煙酰胺保濕滋潤修護霜（ATODERM PP BAUME）

這個產(chǎn)品是用高濃度的礦物油和合成酯（聚二甲基硅氧烷）來滋潤皮膚，用煙酰胺促進神經(jīng)酰胺和膽甾醇的合成，修復(fù)皮膚屏障，整體配方樸實無華，適合干性皮膚。

3. CeraVeR面部夜間補水保濕乳液（Facial Moisturizing Lotion PM）

煙酰胺能增加皮膚屏障結(jié)構(gòu)中的細胞間脂質(zhì)（特別是神經(jīng)酰胺）的合成，改善屏障功能。所以這個產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計思路是用神經(jīng)酰胺+膽甾醇+脂肪酸修復(fù)角質(zhì)屏障結(jié)構(gòu)，用煙酰胺促進神經(jīng)酰胺和膽甾醇的合成。

關(guān)于貝德瑪和CeraVe的這類產(chǎn)品，我一直有一個疑問：什么樣的膚質(zhì)才需要重建屏障結(jié)構(gòu)、補充細胞間脂質(zhì)呢？毫無疑問應(yīng)該是偏敏感的膚質(zhì)。敏感性皮膚用煙酰胺，這樣會不會引起皮膚的刺激呢？截止到本文寫作日期為止（2017年6月23日），在CeraVe天貓官方旗艦店上并沒有這款產(chǎn)品出售的信息，客服給出的解釋是該款產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)售完，短期內(nèi)沒有上架的通知，可見我的疑問并不是沒有根據(jù)的。 敏感性皮膚如果不確定對煙酰胺是否耐受的話，最好還是不要冒這個險，用神經(jīng)酰胺、膽甾醇這些成分來修復(fù)角質(zhì)屏障就好了 。

4.肌美鑰妝明膚凝膠

這是我開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，以煙酰胺（4%）+α-熊果苷（2%）作為核心美白成分，一頭一尾分別搭配具有活血化瘀作用的玫瑰花水和具有美白作用的維生素C。這個組合兼顧了淡化黑色素通路中的三條途徑，濃度也是經(jīng)過慎重的考慮，力求在保證安全性的前提下，盡可能地增強效果。

保濕用的是經(jīng)典的甘油和透明質(zhì)酸鈉，有些人覺得會覺得有一點點粘膩，如果是后續(xù)要用防曬霜或者隔離霜之類的含粉產(chǎn)品，還可能出現(xiàn)搓泥的現(xiàn)象，這是由凝膠的質(zhì)地所決定的。所以后續(xù)使用的時候盡量避免用含粉產(chǎn)品，或者把它放到晚上用。防腐劑使用水溶性的苯氧乙醇和油溶性的羥苯甲酯，保證水相和油相中的都能夠有效抑制細菌。
