2、新西蘭永久簽和綠卡的差別？

一、新西蘭居民身份

新西蘭居民身份就是常說的PR（Permanent Resident Visa），簡稱綠卡。通常次向新西蘭移民局提交移民申請，順利獲批后拿到的就是PRV，這是一個有效期為2年的居民簽證，有效期內享有新西蘭居民的權利和義務，擁有多次往返新西蘭的權利。PR身份會限制部分福利申請，但是子女免費教育、基本醫(yī)療減免等都可以享受。

PR簽證要求2年要在新西蘭住滿184天（被稱為“移民監(jiān)”），然后才能申請永居簽證。如果未能符合“移民監(jiān)”要求，那么要趕在PR過期前續(xù)簽，否則會失去新西蘭居民身份。

二、新西蘭永居身份

新西蘭永居身份是IRRV（Indefinite Returning Resident Visa），也就是永久回頭簽，也稱作永久綠卡，通常拿到PR兩年內在新西蘭住滿184天就能順利申請到IRRV。拿到IRRV即意味著大家可以無限期待在新西蘭，無論中途離開新西蘭多久都能隨時進入新西蘭。同時該身份的福利等同于新西蘭公民Citizen，無任何限制。
