丙烯酰胺是咖啡豆在烘焙過程中（尤其是過度烘焙）的中間產物。也就是說，所有咖啡中可能含有丙烯酰胺，并不獨獨是星巴克。所以問題就變成了如何看待咖啡中的丙烯酰胺。

此物在2017年10月，WHO國際癌癥研究機構公布的致癌物清單中被列為第二類致癌物，因為難以統(tǒng)計丙烯酰胺到何種濃度才會致癌。

生活（食物）中處處是丙烯酰胺，我們可以一點都不吃它們么？可以，但很難做到！少吃（減少丙烯酰胺的攝入量），會選才是王道。比如少吃或者不吃薯片和油條，薯條這類含有致癌物卻沒有給健康有啥貢獻的空能量食物。

綜上所述，我可能會一周吃兩次面包，兩周吃一次油條（一次一根），一個月吃一次薯片（每次3-5片，因為本來就不愛吃），薯條已經幾年不吃；但每天會喝1-2杯（100ml/杯）的黑咖啡。就是這樣。
