2、如何使用contact form 7

1. 首先是安裝，搜索 contact form 7即可找到，選擇install并activate it

2. 安裝完成后，WP后臺(tái)的左側(cè)會(huì)出現(xiàn)一個(gè)contact 的菜單，這就是contact form 7的快捷菜單

3. 新建表單，在contact菜單下面Add new即可新建表單，填好名字如Inquiry，保存即可。

4. Form的設(shè)置, Form里面是表格的元素的設(shè)置，默認(rèn)生成的有your name, your email, subject, your message，你也可以根據(jù)需要點(diǎn)擊FORM頂部的相關(guān)菜單，添加相應(yīng)的功能，如URL等，方法：把光標(biāo)放置到一個(gè)空行，點(diǎn)擊URL，會(huì)彈出一個(gè)窗口設(shè)置:

required field 視需要打勾或不打勾

Name 保持默認(rèn)即可

Default value 填上your website

use this text as the placehold of the field, 打上勾

this requires the author's URL 不打勾

其他的暫時(shí)不填, 然后點(diǎn)insert tag,即可插入到表格中了，然后點(diǎn)擊SAVE。

你可以根據(jù)需要添加其他的一些表單模塊。

5. MAIL設(shè)置，這里是設(shè)置相關(guān)的發(fā)信息資料，如收到郵件的格式，發(fā)送人和收件人郵箱，郵件的標(biāo)題等

6. Message設(shè)置，這里面是一些提示信息文字的設(shè)置，一般保持默認(rèn)即可

7. Additional settings:這里面可以增加一些擴(kuò)展的代碼，下文會(huì)講述到常用的一些應(yīng)用。

8. 如何調(diào)用Contact form 7表單：當(dāng)以上設(shè)置好以后，把標(biāo)題下面的一段代碼（shortcode）復(fù)制，并粘貼到post 或page或portfolio的編輯框里面，然后點(diǎn)update即可完成添加。

完成以后，可以做一個(gè)測(cè)試，看是否發(fā)送成功。

9. Bluehost空間上的網(wǎng)站使用CF7的常見問題及解決方法：

詢盤無(wú)法發(fā)送成功或無(wú)法收到，如下圖所示

SOLUTIONS:

注：BLUEHOST上的網(wǎng)站不支持第三方郵箱發(fā)送系統(tǒng)郵件，所以如果裝了SMTP插件則必須刪掉才可以正常使用

假如你的工作企業(yè)郵箱為sales@xxx.com, 那么在CF7表單中將收件人郵箱設(shè)置為inquiry@xxx.com，發(fā)件人郵箱設(shè)置為wordpress@xxx.com，

到BH后臺(tái)-hosting-email下面去添加3個(gè)網(wǎng)站域名后綴的email賬號(hào)，分別是sales@xxx.com，inquiry@xxx.com， wordpress@xxx.com （無(wú)論你的企業(yè)郵箱在哪里，這里都必須要添加（不影響本身郵箱的使用），如果你的企業(yè)郵箱本身掛在BH上面了，那應(yīng)該不會(huì)出現(xiàn)此問題），如下圖

到bluehost后臺(tái) DOMAINS-ZONE EDITOR頁(yè)面，找到MX(mail exchanger)， 點(diǎn)擊下面的more，勾選local mail exchanger，并點(diǎn)擊change

Step 4

到BLUEHOST后臺(tái)-hosting -email中選擇forwarding 并點(diǎn)擊add email forwarder，在address to forward中填上inquiry，在forward to this address中填上你的實(shí)際工作企業(yè)郵箱，如sales@xxx.com或 XXX@GMAIL.COM都可以，并點(diǎn)擊SUBMIT。

只要按以上步驟設(shè)置，即可成功發(fā)送詢盤并收到詢盤，親測(cè)有效。

10.如何實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)件人的IP追蹤和詢盤頁(yè)面的標(biāo)題，URL等信息，可以在mail菜單下面的message body后面加上以下代碼可以實(shí)現(xiàn)：

[_url]: 詢盤表單所在的頁(yè)面

11. 詢盤發(fā)送如何實(shí)現(xiàn)頁(yè)面的跳轉(zhuǎn)：在Additional settings里面加上以下代碼（全部復(fù)制，如果不成功，則有可能是里面標(biāo)點(diǎn)不對(duì)，一定要保證代碼里面的所有標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)為英文狀態(tài)下的標(biāo)點(diǎn)）

把example.com換成你跳轉(zhuǎn)后的頁(yè)面URL，保存，即可實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)送詢盤后跳轉(zhuǎn)。這樣便于進(jìn)行GA的轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)置。

12. 常用詢盤表單的代碼參考:

將以下代碼放到 contact form 7第一個(gè)選項(xiàng)FORM里面，保存;就可以調(diào)用到這個(gè)詢盤表單了，這是我常用的一個(gè)。

這個(gè)插件的作用時(shí)，當(dāng)用戶通過你的CF7等發(fā)詢盤的時(shí)候，無(wú)論是是否發(fā)送成功，這個(gè)詢盤的內(nèi)容都可以被記錄下來(lái)，非常好用，可以防止無(wú)法發(fā)送詢盤或無(wú)法收到郵件導(dǎo)致的詢盤丟失。
