抗原決定基 (antigenic determinant) 是存在于抗原分子表面決定抗原特異性的特殊化學(xué)基團(tuán)，又稱表位 (epitope) 。

抗原分子的決定基大小不同，可由數(shù)個(gè)氨基酸或糖基組成，最小的抗原只含有 4 ～ 6 個(gè)氨基酸殘基或糖基。不同氨基酸殘基排列不同，有的呈線性或連續(xù)性排列，有的呈折疊狀肽鏈。其中有很多決定基被掩蓋在內(nèi)部稱隱性決定基 ( 無功能決定基 ) ；決定基被免疫細(xì)胞識(shí)別，啟動(dòng)免疫應(yīng)答或與抗體結(jié)合，這種決定基稱為功能性決定基。
