Atheros成立于1998年，依附斯坦福大學(xué)，致力于廣播和信號處理。總部位于美國加利福尼亞州伯克利鎮(zhèn)。Atheros和Broadcom一樣，專注于無線芯片的開發(fā)，其芯片產(chǎn)品也傾向于無線領(lǐng)域。
