愛爾蘭苔蘚優(yōu)缺點？

愛爾蘭苔蘚（學(xué)名：Chondrus crispus）， 又稱角叉菜（carrageen）是一種海藻，多分布在Carrageen附近多巖的愛爾蘭海岸及北美東部。這種植物的顏色可從綠色變化到深紫色。它厚而堅硬的莖叫做葉（frond），枝葉呈扇形。

愛爾蘭苔癬的優(yōu)點是比普通苔蘚耐曬，耐修剪，還能開出小花。經(jīng)煮沸后會溶解，形成一種像果凍樣的物質(zhì)（稱為角叉膠），常被作為乳化劑用于生產(chǎn)一些食品如巧克力奶，也用于生產(chǎn)藥物、肥皂、化妝品、皮革輔料劑和布料（釉料）等
