discount factor算法： 先計(jì)算money discount rate，也就是（1+nomial)=(1+real )(1+inflation)中的Nominal,1+n=(1+5.7%)*(1+5%) 得出n=1.1098.。再算DF=1/(1+r)^t 即可。 discount factor即為貼現(xiàn)因子。也稱折現(xiàn)系數(shù)、折現(xiàn)參數(shù)。所謂貼現(xiàn)因子，就是將來(lái)的現(xiàn)金流量折算成現(xiàn)值的介于0－1之間的一個(gè)數(shù)。貼現(xiàn)因子在數(shù)值上可以理解為貼現(xiàn)率，就是1個(gè)份額經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間后所等同的現(xiàn)在份額。
