PFS無進展生存期；OS總生存期。

1、無進展生存期（Progression-Free Survival）

PFS是指為從隨機化至出現(xiàn)腫瘤客觀進展或全因死亡的時間，是OS的替代終點。與OS相比，PFS的終點前移至“發(fā)生進展”，這個時間節(jié)點往往早于死亡，因此PFS常常短于OS，隨訪時間更短，可以間接反映患者的臨床獲益。

2、總生存期（Overall Survival，OS）

OS是指從隨機化到任何因素導致患者死亡的時間。OS的判定精確可靠，不易偏倚，被認為是最佳的療效終點。因為患者的死亡日期在確認上基本沒有困難，并且如果結(jié)果顯示生存有所提高，就可以認為該抗腫瘤藥有直接的臨床獲益。但是OS常需較大樣本量和更長的隨訪時間，易受到交叉和后續(xù)治療影響。

值得一提的是，只有OS是基于患者死亡事件描述的臨床終點，其余的指標均是基于腫瘤測量的終點。
