促紅素的形成？

促紅素（erythropoietin，EPO），是由腎皮質(zhì)近曲小管管周細(xì)胞分泌的由166個氨基酸組成的糖蛋白。臨床應(yīng)用的促紅素為重組人紅細(xì)胞生成素，是用DNA重組技術(shù)合成的，作用與天然的內(nèi)源性物質(zhì)相似。
