We will do whatever is possible to support you when working with BBox. We welcome your comments, suggestions and questions.
Bugs
It's quite hard to imagine that BBox contains bugs (grin).
Just to be on the save side, we've provided BBox with an extensive exception handler that catches the bug and shows a dialog that allows you to send us the error report.
If you also provide us with your email address we can contact you in case we need more information to solve the bug.
When a bug is reproducable, it's normally solved in the very next version. Whenever a bug is solved bug it's mentioned in the what's new file.
